We use a reliable courier service to deliver nation wide. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is on its way.
All delivery is subject to availability and receipt of payment.
You accept that any signature for delivery by a person at the delivery address can be used as proof of delivery.
The provision of goods and services by INDIGENOUS is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, INDIGENOUS will contact you to arrange full refund.
Return and Refunds Policy
If you are not completely happy with a product that you have purchased, please let us know within 7 days and we will arrange a return for credit or refund.
Returns must be in their original packaging, with the INDIGENOUS tags attached, and mark the return parcel clearly. Please remember to include your delivery note to make it easier for our teams to process your return.
Earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Skincare, fragrance and bath products: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on these products after opening and/or using the product. In the case of our supplied ranges we will pass your feedback onto the product manufacturer, it is then at their discretion how to proceed and INDIGENOUS itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
If a product is damaged or broken when received, please inform INDIGENOUS within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a return & replacement.
